TL;DR

CRO/Growth Lead (Wellness): Optimizing web-based onboarding funnels from post-click to payment, with an accent on A/B testing copy, messaging, and value propositions. Focus on developing and validating hypotheses from funnel analytics, personalizing user journeys, and leading a team of Product Growth Managers.

Location: Remote (Europe), with company hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain and the UK.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel from post-click to payment screen.
  • Lead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, images and value propositions.
  • Develop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction points.
  • Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments.
  • Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data.
  • Mentor and lead a team of 5 Product Growth Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environments.
  • Proven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation.
  • Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approach.
  • Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and execution.
  • English: B2 required.
