What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Conduct discovery and onboarding calls to identify client needs.
- Demonstrate the value of products and services to potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the CRM system (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and relay feedback from prospects to the product team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions.
- Proficient with tools like HubSpot or equivalent for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate within a distributed team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
