Location: Hybrid in New York, United States. Employees must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. and are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026.

Salary: USD $170,300 – $239,800 per year (for New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do

  • Build and cultivate C-level relationships with senior agency leadership, expanding the stakeholder map and executing strategic Partnership Plans.
  • Orchestrate and execute commercial deal strategies for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
  • Drive agency adoption and diversification of investment across Microsoft's full advertising ecosystem (Search, Display, Video, Gaming, AdTech).
  • Lead Agency and team Executive briefings and coordinate high-value marketing events to evangelize MSA properties and build long-term impact.
  • Champion AI-driven strategies to elevate agency partnerships, leveraging Microsoft’s cutting-edge advertising and AI solutions.
  • Foster the cross-Microsoft agenda, leveraging the broader Microsoft stack to support agency process transformation and product innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology industry (or 10+ years equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years experience in digital media sales/service with a focus on agencies.
  • Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with agency leaders, possessing executive maturity, integrity, and accountability.
  • Experience in orchestrating complex commercial and trading partnerships with Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
  • Experience in nurturing AdTech, Martech, and data-driven partnerships alongside media activation.
  • Work from office required four days per week starting January 26, 2026, for those within a 50-mile commute of a U.S. Microsoft office.
