What you will do
- Build the ecosystem and develop strategic partnerships in North Asia.
- Own OKRs, develop partnership pipeline, qualify partners, and close deals with strategic and target partners.
- Work closely with hirify.global leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights on Web3 policy developments, market trends, and partner demands.
- Build a metrics-driven, high-velocity business, ensuring long-term success of prospects and customers.
- Manage, train, and lead high-velocity cross-functional teams.
- Develop and forecast on a metrics-driven pipeline, ensuring strategic targets are closed and key inbound business is won.
Requirements
- 10+ years of selling Fintech or technology products developing strategic partnerships in the North Asia region.
- 5+ years of managing high performing teams.
- Experience as a responsible officer of a regulated financial services entity in North Asia / Tier 1 jurisdiction.
- Held a senior management role, understanding cross-functional relationships required for successful execution.
- Business fluent in Mandarin, and preferably Cantonese.
- Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Exceptional leadership experience with proven ability to hire, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ready to travel: regular travel (up to 50%) to external events and to meeting partners/customers across the Asia region should be expected.
