TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive: Leading data-driven outreach and managing pipeline for hirify.global Enterprise, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and selling creative solutions. Location: Our US operations are based in Austin, Texas. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, this role may be based in Chicago to enable closer collaboration with key partners and teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

hirify.global is a design platform company empowering organizations to consolidate design, content production, and collaboration tools under one secure and centralized account, including its AI platform Magic Studio.

What you will do

  • Lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who are likely to benefit from hirify.global's products.
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.
  • Leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer through a creative lens to guide customers.
  • Exhibit deep product expertise for hirify.global and sell creative solutions addressing unique customer problems.
  • Gather customer feedback and convey market needs to inform the Product roadmap and strengthen the value proposition.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Post-Sales, Customer Success).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full cycle selling experience working with a range of customers, from medium-sized businesses to large corporations.
  • Experience with large named accounts ideally on a global scale within a technology company, demonstrating a history of top performance.
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment.
  • Proficiency in navigating complexity by understanding and addressing complex business challenges.
  • Talent for creating detailed plans that cover all bases within intricate organizations.
  • Ability to captivate an audience, especially during face-to-face meetings with multiple key players.
  • Track record of leading successful and complex negotiations.
