What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to close, focusing on new logo acquisition for enterprise clients.
  • Manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Analyze market landscapes and dynamics to translate strategic plans into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Build long-term partnerships with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Simplify complex organizational challenges into compelling customer stories using the company worksuite.
  • Gather and communicate customer insights to inform product roadmaps and value propositions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in technology companies, specifically with large, global named accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing complex negotiations and achieving top-tier performance.
  • Expertise in navigating intricate organizational structures and driving multi-stakeholder consensus.
  • Strong background in data-driven account planning and pipeline management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain environment while maintaining focus on targets.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills required for high-level meetings.
