What you will do
- Lead a team focused on driving net new logo acquisition across the Nordics region.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and communicate corporate strategy to employees within the Nordics region.
- Plan and direct sales activities including pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer relationship development.
- Establish short-term and long-term goals, metrics, and quotas in line with corporate and regional objectives.
- Identify and qualify important sales opportunities within the Nordics region at the management level.
- Act as coach, mentor, and educator to Regional Sales Managers.
Requirements
- Proven experience with, knowledge of, and network within the Nordics tech market.
- Experience in a first-line sales leader role and having worked in a people leadership position.
- Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas as a Regional Sales Director in the Nordics region.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional peers.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
