What you will do
- Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries within the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
- Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to meet business goals.
- Run full sales cycles from account planning and prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
- Take a consultative approach with senior executives to map value and drive Digital Transformation conversations.
- Collaborate with team members, including BDRs, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership.
Requirements
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS within the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for winning and being part of a hyper-growth company.
- Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels (particularly SVP/C-Level).
- Disciplined and able to function well in a remote environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process.
