Salary: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00/per year

What you will do

• Perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics, including Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and churn rates.
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market research and price analysis, evaluating elasticity, competitive pricing, and promotional impacts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate insights into growth strategies.
• Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 1+ years of experience leading projects.
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with forecasting, financial metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC), or pricing analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques (e.g., time-series analysis, regression in Python or R).
• Background in high-growth consumer tech environments, startups, or consulting firms with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
