What you will do

• Set and optimize credit policies for new accounts and customer management programs.
• Develop comprehensive monitoring and analysis suites to identify actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain NPV valuation models to assess the profitability of credit card customers.
• Design and execute A/B tests to refine product and credit strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive key product features and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate performance metrics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• Proficiency in building NPV models using Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience in credit underwriting and managing lending programs.
• Strong understanding of credit trends and credit card economics.
• Ability to utilize statistical tools to design and interpret A/B tests.
• Must be able to work in-person in Menlo Park, CA, at least three days per week.
