Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 + equity

What you will do

• Design analytical tools to evaluate delivery timelines, production capacity, and supply chain constraints.
• Lead the development and execution of production schedules and output targets across programs.
• Create process flow models to simulate production system behavior and align output with requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize production versus demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and operational processes.
• Develop analytical models and visual dashboards to support strategic space planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, science, or business discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or startup environment.
• 1+ years of experience using Excel, SQL, or Python/R for analysis or modeling dynamic systems.
• 1+ years of experience using Smartsheet or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems for inventory and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Power BI and discrete-event simulation or modeling tools.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in industrial, operations, or manufacturing engineering.
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance.
