Principal Integrated Campaigns Strategist (AI): Architecting and leading high-impact, global campaigns to generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth for an AI customer service business with an accent on establishing category leadership in the AI agent market. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams, driving full-funnel strategies, and leveraging AI-powered tools for campaign effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $175,500 – $220,375 (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated campaigns for pipeline and revenue growth across global markets.
  • Serve as strategic quarterback for your campaign portfolio, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous campaign processes, timelines, and governance frameworks for flawless execution.
  • Develop comprehensive full-funnel campaign strategies leveraging digital advertising, email, webinars, events, and content syndication.
  • Translate market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior into compelling campaign narratives and journeys.
  • Continuously monitor campaign results across key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and share learnings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in integrated campaigns, demand generation, content marketing, and/or account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record developing, executing, and scaling global, omni-channel campaigns that drive significant pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated command of B2B pipeline metrics, marketing attribution, ROI, and executive-level performance reporting.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to orchestrate complex, global initiatives across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging stakeholders and presenting campaign strategies and performance.
  • Adept at using Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau; skilled at workflow process design and change management.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Background in B2B SaaS/technology product marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to marketing workflows.
  • A genuine interest in how AI is transforming customer service.
