Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA. Expectation to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $255,000–$255,000 USD (Annual Salary)

What you will do

  • Design, build, and execute repeatable marketing programs (events, webinars, workshops, digital campaigns) for the Commercial segment.
  • Create scalable playbooks and program templates for consistent results across markets and quarters.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline across SMB, midmarket, and private equity-backed accounts.
  • Partner closely with Commercial sales teams to align on priorities, goals, and engagement strategies.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, coordinating across digital, events, content, and partner channels.
  • Manage program logistics end-to-end, from concept through execution to reporting and iteration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong foundation in demand generation and program execution.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling repeatable marketing programs from scratch (events, webinars, workshops, digital campaigns).
  • Strong multi-channel marketing and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams to align on pipeline goals.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring program impact and iterating based on data.
  • Ability to create compelling content and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to SMB or midmarket segments.
  • Background in tech, SaaS, or AI/ML companies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with the private equity ecosystem and portfolio company dynamics.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
