Director, Sales Development (EMEA): Managing and coordinating the tactical and strategic direction of Sales Development Representatives focused on promoting hirify.global solutions and generating qualified pipeline. With an accent on achieving pipeline creation quotas, adhering to sales methodologies, and continuously upgrading sales techniques based on performance insights. Focus on scaling a high-performing Sales Development organization that fuels long-term revenue growth and impacts pipeline health, sales efficiency, and customer engagement across EMEA.

Location: Remote United Kingdom (specifically London remote)

What you will do

  • Manage a team of SDRs focused on selling hirify.global solutions and achieving pipeline creation goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop SDRs, ensuring consistent execution against goals and modeling hirify.global best practices.
  • Continuously upgrade sales techniques and procedures based on performance insights.
  • Monitor, support, and coach SDRs on cold calling, prospecting, follow-up, and meeting booking activities.
  • Own pipeline health through territory planning, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Translate activity into measurable results and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, including hands-on cold calling and pipeline building within a SaaS organization.
  • 5+ years of experience managing, coaching, and mentoring sales development or lead generation teams.
  • Strong background in business development, including aggressive cold and warm calling, prospecting, and pipeline creation.
  • Experience managing pipelines, territories, forecasting, and sales development processes.
  • Ability to lead through change and thrive in fast-paced, continuously evolving environments.
  • Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communication skills, with effectiveness in engaging senior leaders and C-level executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with pricing optimization, CPQ, CLM, and/or the Salesforce platform.
