Location: Based in The Netherlands with the ability to be on-site in our Amsterdam office Wednesdays and Thursdays

What you will do

  • Manage a team of outbound Sales Development Representatives to exceed new pipeline targets.
  • Provide leadership, development, and training to the Sales Development team.
  • Hire, onboard, retain, and promote amazing talent.
  • Design and drive prospecting strategies within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the Sales Development team.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to optimize systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • Based in The Netherlands with the ability to be on-site in our Amsterdam office Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • 6+ years experience in business development or sales.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business development or sales.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years experience in business development or sales.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business development or sales.
  • 3+ years experience in computer science, software development, technology, or a related domain.
