Enterprise Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Pursuing and closing new business opportunities for a cybersecurity company in the Carolinas territory with an accent on developing sales leads from initial contact through successful closure. Focus on building and maintaining professional relationships with new accounts, continuously building new pipeline, and exceeding assigned growth goals.

Location: Must be based in the Carolinas territory (North Carolina, South Carolina). This role follows a hybrid work model if located within 45 miles of a hirify.global office or the specified required location.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns and the SDR team, progressing opportunities through closure.
  • Own the market in your territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances.
  • Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals.
  • Conduct prospecting efforts and discovery calls to identify client needs and advise appropriate hirify.global products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and pricing models.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Carolinas territory and have strong in-territory experience.
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Strong territory planning and sales methodology focus.
  • Proven track record of performance in exceeding goals and quota.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related sales experience.
  • Contribute a "Challenger" mindset to evangelize, advise, tailor strategy, and take control of the sales process.
