Location: This role is a hybrid (4 days a week in our Palo Alto office).

Salary: $198,000 - $235,500 annually.

What you will do

• Own multi-quarter programs for high-impact connectors (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce, GitHub) and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with tech leads and architects on system design, scalability, and reliability of the connectors stack.
• Design operating models and technical roadmaps to scale from dozens to hundreds of high-quality connectors.
• Lead design reviews to balance customer needs with long-term platform scalability.
• Drive connector reliability by setting SLOs, building telemetry, and fostering a root-cause culture.
• Manage the full connector lifecycle from intake and compliance to GTM launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years in TPM, PM, or Engineering, with 3+ years leading complex B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Deep experience in large-scale distributed data pipelines and enterprise identity/security constraints.
• Experience with AI/ML, data pipelines, and API integrations.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps and influence architectural designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical program documentation and leadership presentations.
• A builder mindset with high ownership, comfortable getting into logs, dashboards, and traces.

• First-hand experience building MCP Servers across various SaaS Services.
