TL;DR

Executive Engagement Manager (Managed Services): Responsible for the operational health, governance, and execution of enterprise Managed Services engagements, acting as the primary operational and technical interface between customers and internal delivery teams. Focus on leading service onboarding, stabilization, SLA performance, and continuous operational improvement for complex enterprise environments.

Location: Hybrid, with in-person collaboration at least 3 days a week. Remote options available within the United States.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for assigned enterprise Managed Services customers.
  • Lead service onboarding, stabilization, and steady-state operations, ensuring consistent delivery aligned to SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and lead operational governance cadences, driving continuous service improvement.
  • Serve as the primary owner for operational escalations, leading cross-functional incident resolution.
  • Translate customer operational requirements into executable service delivery plans and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Interface with customer executives on service performance, operational risk, and delivery status, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 13+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT leadership, technical relationship management, and service delivery roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical and operational skills in enterprise IT operations and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with large-scale BPO / contact center operations and enterprise Network and telephony systems.
  • Strong ability to build trust, relationships, and partnerships.
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate.
