What you will do
- Understand hirify.global and 3rd party solution integrations for designated accounts.
- Analyze support activity and trends, ensuring SLAs are met and CSAT is achieved.
- Act as the first point of escalation for support process issues.
- Facilitate problem resolution across internal teams, driving actions and communication.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key technical team members at customer sites.
- Communicate customer requirements and concerns to the product management team and R&D.
