What you will do

  • Understand hirify.global and 3rd party solution integrations for designated accounts.
  • Analyze support activity and trends, ensuring SLAs are met and CSAT is achieved.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for support process issues.
  • Facilitate problem resolution across internal teams, driving actions and communication.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key technical team members at customer sites.
  • Communicate customer requirements and concerns to the product management team and R&D.
