What you will do
- Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time.
- Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations, becoming a subject-matter expert in the hirify.global platform.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and core users.
- Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and gather feedback to inform product development.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation, or customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS startups or enterprises.
- Demonstrated team leadership in various situations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical foundation with the ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions to engineers and customers, especially in applied AI.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in fast-changing environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

- Experience implementing AI at scale in an enterprise context.
- Domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments).
- Knowledge of APIs and basics of Python and SQL.
