Salary: $164,000 - $186,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers in adopting workflows that maximize value.
  • Lead impactful, time-bound workflow consultations and account-based enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic enablement frameworks and align strategies.
  • Design and deliver scalable training content through high-impact workshops and interactive sessions.
  • Establish and innovate key metrics and KRs, optimizing programs for impact and retention.
  • Foster strategic customer partnerships, promoting long-term adoption success and account growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer enablement, learning and delivery, customer success, program management, or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading impactful enablement sessions and initiatives that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Strong program management skills with experience in defining and driving strategic enablement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strategic and sales-minded approach with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for account growth.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
