What you will do
- Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers in adopting workflows that maximize value.
- Lead impactful, time-bound workflow consultations and account-based enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic enablement frameworks and align strategies.
- Design and deliver scalable training content through high-impact workshops and interactive sessions.
- Establish and innovate key metrics and KRs, optimizing programs for impact and retention.
- Foster strategic customer partnerships, promoting long-term adoption success and account growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer enablement, learning and delivery, customer success, program management, or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of leading impactful enablement sessions and initiatives that drive adoption and engagement.
- Strong program management skills with experience in defining and driving strategic enablement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic and sales-minded approach with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
