What you will do
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers focused on product implementation and solutions services.
- Drive customer retention and ensure team members meet departmental standards and objectives.
- Coach, develop, and hold managers and their teams accountable against established KPIs and procedures.
- Lead strategic planning for staffing, goal setting, training, and resource optimization.
- Serve as the "voice of the customer" to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage projects and ensure efficient workflows.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent customer success managerial experience.
- 10+ years of total experience with fast-paced, results-driven, technical customer-facing teams in a SaaS or Product-Led Growth company.
- 5+ years of team management experience, including staffing, performance, coaching, and development.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to use data/analytics tools for problem-solving.
- Strong technical aptitude to help customers succeed with the HighLevel software.
- Ability to travel for meetings and events as needed.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
