What you will do

  • Define and execute B2B go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies.
  • Lead pitchbook and proposal development across multiple segments.
  • Own the rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of a centralized pitchbook platform.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and front‑line teams to support onboarding, education, and continuous improvement through feedback loops.
  • Develop strategic content themes, thought leadership, testimonials, and high‑value client education across the customer lifecycle.
  • Track marketing performance and deliver data‑driven insights to continuously improve GTM and enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in marketing, with significant exposure to B2B financial services or a combination of equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and content development.
  • Proven ability to utilize digital marketing platforms, AI tools, and technology solutions to drive sales enablement and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
