What you will do

• Partner with Sales to intake, track, and improve change requests, workflows, and data quality in Salesforce.
• Deliver weekly insights on sales conversations, highlighting trends, strengths, and opportunities for Sales Leadership.
• Build and maintain clear reports and dashboards to improve visibility into sales performance and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Data teams to improve reporting tools and ensure data integrity across GTM datasets.
• Review sales calls, scoring against internal processes and identifying coaching opportunities.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks and contribute flexibly to broader team initiatives.

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).
• Experience with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems such as Gong, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
• Experience working in a retail/sales environment (preferred but not required).
