Location: This is a hybrid role, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, supporting our EMEA shift. You will work EMEA hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) from August 2025 to January 2026, then rotate across global shifts (JAPAC, EMEA, US).

What you will do
- Design and deliver sales enablement, onboarding, and training programs.
- Optimize sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and build efficient workflows.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ for sales, marketing, and success teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports to turn data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
- Provide CRM and CPQ support, coaching, and troubleshoot best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams to shape sales strategies and systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally in SaaS.
- Proficiency as a HubSpot power user for automations, custom fields, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and enablement strategies.
- Experience with CPQ/quote building.
- Ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and priority alignment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to process improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with DealHub.
- Sales training or enablement background.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, or Conversation Intelligence platforms.
- Marketing Ops exposure.
