TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager: Optimizing sales processes and systems, with an accent on CRM (HubSpot) and CPQ (DealHub) management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights. Focus on building scalable workflows, driving adoption, and providing strategic recommendations for a global Martech company.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, supporting our EMEA shift. You will work EMEA hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) from August 2025 to January 2026, then rotate across global shifts (JAPAC, EMEA, US).

What you will do

  • Design and deliver sales enablement, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Optimize sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and build efficient workflows.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ for sales, marketing, and success teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to turn data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide CRM and CPQ support, coaching, and troubleshoot best practices.
  • Collaborate with global teams to shape sales strategies and systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proficiency as a HubSpot power user for automations, custom fields, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and enablement strategies.
  • Experience with CPQ/quote building.
  • Ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and priority alignment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to process improvement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with DealHub.
  • Sales training or enablement background.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, or Conversation Intelligence platforms.
  • Marketing Ops exposure.
