Enterprise Services Engineer

TL;DR

Enterprise Services Engineer: Serving hirify.global's customers as hands-on-keyboard experts for both remote and on-site engagements with an accent on operationalizing, administering and maintaining the hirify.global Platform. Focus on solving complex technical issues and providing technical direction to customer IT support staff.

Location: Onsite or remote with the customer, must be based in the US.

Salary: $80,000 to $245,000

What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global Platform to solve complex technical issues independently or with the help of teammates.
• Identify opportunities for customers to get greater value from the hirify.global platform.
• Address customers’ needs through verbal and written communication.
• Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts and work with Technical Account Managers on strategic customer activities.
• Document best practices and Play Book entries.
• Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in IT/Consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.
• TS/SCI clearance required
• Experience working with Public Sector accounts.
• Broad knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in one or more of: Endpoint Security, Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting, Incident response, Systems Management, Systems Administration, Software Engineering, Utility Scripting (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc.).
