IT Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Build, support, and monitor applications within the Corporate Services portfolio.
• Develop and maintain custom applications for workflow automation using iPaaS platforms.
• Manage authentication (Okta) and collaboration services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom).
• Define and document IT Engineering best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Lead and respond to IT incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JAMF, Okta, and GSuite administration.
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, Powershell) and SQL.
• Proficiency in Cloud (GCP/AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with SIEM platforms like Datadog, Splunk, or Google Chronicle.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• English: C1+ equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fivetrans, Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS) and familiarity with web technologies.
