What you will do
- Build and lead the Learning & Knowledge Management function, establishing strategy, standards, and operating cadence for Support.
- Design and run onboarding and continuing education programs for new Support team members, ensuring fast ramp and high confidence.
- Lead release enablement for new products and features, ensuring Support readiness for customer questions on launch day.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to embed knowledge and learning into the product development lifecycle.
- Define and maintain internal knowledge standards, including article structure, quality expectations, and lifecycle management.
- Build feedback loops using performance data to continuously improve learning and knowledge programs, partnering with Operations and Automation teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in learning & development, enablement, knowledge management, or support operations roles in a technology company.
- 2+ years in a leadership, program ownership, or function-building capacity.
- Proven success building onboarding, enablement, or knowledge programs that directly improve operational performance.
- Strong program management skills, managing multiple initiatives across launches, training, and knowledge simultaneously.
- Experience working inside support tooling ecosystems (Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms, knowledge systems).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., hirify.global, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve workflows, knowledge creation, or support operations.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling learning, enablement, or knowledge programs from early-stage environments.
- Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or curriculum development.
- Experience supporting global or vendor-supported support organizations.
- Experience working in developer tools, SaaS infrastructure, or highly technical product environments.
