What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end employee engagement survey lifecycle, from design to action planning.
- Represent employee experience perspectives in company-wide planning and People Team prioritization.
- Design and launch manager-ready culture and communication playbooks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shape and support employee lifecycle experiences and recognition practices.
- Clarify, articulate, and activate hirify.global’s employee value proposition and employer brand messaging.
- Own employee experience metrics and reporting, contributing to People insights and external readiness.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in employee experience, people programs, HR program management, or related roles.
- Proven ownership of company-wide programs with cross-functional complexity.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across People functions.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching others, including direct reports.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
