What you will do

• Exceed revenue objectives by managing sales activities and executing territory plans.
• Partner with Account Executives to build awareness and implement a holistic financial solutions sales strategy.
• Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling and responding to RFPs.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and create compelling business cases for C-level executives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and track industry trends.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Financial operations or accounting domain experience is mandatory.
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience or equivalent nonprofit industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience with hirify.global Financial Solutions or similar financial software.
• Proven ability to influence executives through high-level presentations and demonstrations.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
