TL;DR

Location: Remote within the United States for candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius of the San Ramon office; Hybrid (3 days/week in office) for candidates within 50 miles of the San Ramon, CA office.

Salary: $96,200–$283,600 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a partner marketing team across North America, providing coaching and setting clear priorities.
  • Develop and manage the annual partner marketing plan for North America, aligning with sales objectives and regional growth.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated co-branded demand generation campaigns with priority partners.
  • Equip partners with messaging, assets, training, and campaign kits to effectively promote hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) planning, proposals, approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales leadership and Global Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in technology, SaaS, or cloud communications.
  • Proven experience in partner marketing or channel marketing supporting resellers, distributors, or TSDs.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience — managing people, mentoring team members, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of co-marketing, partner enablement, demand generation, and MDF management.
  • Fluent in English (C1+) required.
  • Must have US work authorization and be based in the United States.
