TL;DR

Location: Remote - U.S. This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel. Base pay is determined by location.

Salary: $175,000-$210,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to build a high-impact talent and staffing strategy aligned with growth goals.
  • Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy supporting a digital-first, remote culture.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Directly recruit for various roles to ensure key positions are filled with top talent.
  • Manage and elevate the end-to-end candidate experience and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop TA metrics and prepare clear, insightful reports with recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent leadership roles, ideally within a growth tech environment.
  • Experience building flexible recruiting operating models leveraging internal teams, AI/automation, and external partners.
  • Proven success hiring technical and non-technical functions at all levels, including executive search.
  • Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, innovative sourcing tactics, and employer branding best practices.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in recruitment and demonstrable experience implementing AI-driven TA strategies and tools.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience with global talent acquisition and remote workforce strategies.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity in SaaS, enterprise software, or MarTech environments.
  • Experience developing inclusive hiring practices that foster diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  • Experience with talent operations tooling and current on talent tech stack developments, especially AI-powered recruitment solutions.
  • Understanding of machine learning principles as applied to talent acquisition.
