Salary: $68,200.00 – $181,000.00 USD/Yr.

What you will do

• Consult with hiring managers and business leaders on talent needs, proactively identifying and creating roles for diverse talent.
• Analyze relevant data and trends to provide insights and implement strategic short-term and near-term hiring plans.
• Attract candidates through storytelling and community outreach, enhancing their experience at all stages.
• Coach others on using assessment tools and frameworks, leading initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Adhere to and educate on internal and external recruiting policies and regulations, maintaining current documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Previous experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruitment, including client management, passive candidate engagement/sourcing, negotiation, and closing candidate offers.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with iCIMS, assessments, and candidate selection.
• Experience recruiting Senior Engineering and/or AI talent.
• Experience with programs that deliver fantastic outcomes for candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Experience with creating and driving efficiencies within hiring practices.
