What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and engagement processes.
• Own the global recruitment process, using data analytics to improve metrics like Time-to-Hire and Quality of Hire.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning and inclusive hiring practices.
• Execute a compelling global employer brand strategy to build proactive talent communities.
• Manage the annual recruitment budget, vendor contracts, and agency partnerships for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading a team in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of managing global hiring targets of 100+ roles per year.
• Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools (e.g., sourcing automation, conversational AI) into recruitment workflows.
• Deep expertise in ATS management and using data to drive business decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior-level leadership.
• Experience recruiting for a technology-focused or high-growth international company.
