What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and engagement processes.
- Own the global recruitment process, using data analytics to improve metrics like Time-to-Hire and Quality of Hire.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning and inclusive hiring practices.
- Execute a compelling global employer brand strategy to build proactive talent communities.
- Manage the annual recruitment budget, vendor contracts, and agency partnerships for cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading a team in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing global hiring targets of 100+ roles per year.
- Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools (e.g., sourcing automation, conversational AI) into recruitment workflows.
- Deep expertise in ATS management and using data to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior-level leadership.
- Experience recruiting for a technology-focused or high-growth international company.
