What you will do

• Support analysis and information shaping for Engineering’s key strategic initiatives and long-term direction.
• Partner with Architecture, Cloud, Platform, and divisional teams to prepare structured assessments, options, and recommendations.
• Lead the coordination and evolution of the Engineering-wide dashboard, defining its structure and aligning on metric definitions.
• Operate the Engineering Business Management Council cadence with clear agendas and follow-ups to improve clarity of cross-Engineering asks.

Requirements

• Business operations, engineering, technology, or consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
• Experience coordinating dashboards or insights products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
