What you will do

• Own end-to-end program management for large, complex cross-functional GTM initiatives.
• Build scalable program management frameworks.
• Partner with GTM leadership to surface risks and opportunities and drive alignment.
• Establish clear KPIs for program effectiveness and engagement, track performance, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Support strategic program planning cycles and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong frameworks-based thinking combined with a bias for action.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of GTM functions and how they operate in fast-growth environments.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with limited process.
