Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Oversee all staffing and allocation processes for all roles at hirify.global.
  • Lead regular workforce planning cycles, including headcount forecasting and budget alignment.
  • Build and maintain scalable workforce models and processes that inform staffing timelines and capacity.
  • Develop tools, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into headcounts, staffing trends, and capacity.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to drive alignment on business, hiring, and staffing priorities.
  • Partner with Finance and leadership to manage hirify.global’s staffing forecast and anticipate future needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, workforce planning, staffing, or resource allocation in a fast-paced consultancy or enterprise environment.
  • Experience operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, building staffing processes, tools, and workflows from scratch.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and identifying staffing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, including alignment with senior leadership.
  • Experience defining or managing operational KPIs such as utilization, capacity, or hiring velocity.
  • Strong skills in risk management, conflict resolution, and making trade-off decisions in high-pressure settings.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning or staffing tools (e.g., Anaplan, Float, Workday Adaptive Planning, People.ai).
