What you will do

• Own the overall feel of the product.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Design and prototype interaction alternatives in Figma or code.
• Implement design improvements and build reusable interaction patterns.
• Refactor complex forms into multi-step wizards.

Requirements

• Experience making products noticeably better through interaction refinement.
• Understanding of design systems and animation libraries.
• Experience using feedback collection tools and incorporating user feedback into designs.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping.
• Ability to think about edge cases, loading states, and empty states automatically.
• Experience working on complex tools (dev tools, data tools, B2B SaaS) where UX really matters.
