What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy to drive adoption of hirify.global’s solutions across federal and state healthcare programs.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with senior leaders across agencies such as VA, DoD/DHA, HHS, and CMS, as well as policymakers, public health officials, and strategic integrators.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations, contracting, and partnership agreements that enable secure, scalable deployments within complex government environments.
• Translate government customer needs into input that informs the product roadmap, ensuring hirify.global continues to serve public-sector healthcare communities effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in government-facing business development, sales, partnerships, or program leadership roles.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and leading complex deployments across large government healthcare systems.
• Deep understanding of government healthcare programs and policy landscapes, including VA, DoD/DHA, HHS, CMS, Medicaid, and Medicare.
• Extensive, trusted network of senior government, agency, and industry stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting defense, veteran, or military healthcare programs.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Current or recent Tier 3 (or higher) security clearance.
• Experience working with government systems integrators or prime contractors.
• Prior military experience
