TL;DR

Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving sales and adoption of an AI platform for legal professionals, managing the full sales cycle from leads to close. Focus on understanding customer pain points, tailoring AI solutions, and meeting ARR targets within the legal tech market.

Location: Hybrid role, requiring at least eight days a month at our office in Prague, Czech Republic.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers, from discovery to close.
  • Handle inbound leads and proactively identify new opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and legal processes to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to deliver tailored demos and showcase AI use cases.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, improve forecasting accuracy, and contribute to portfolio renewal.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience exceeding sales quotas in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or professional services, ideally selling to SMB or mid-sized clients.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with legal professionals and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate ROI and build compelling business cases for technology.
  • Structured and proactive pipeline management with confidence in closing deals.
  • Curiosity for AI, technology, and their transformation of the legal profession.
  • Native-level proficiency in Czech and fluent English.
  • Collaborative mindset in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

  • Legal background (law degree, law firm experience, or exposure to legal tech).
