TL;DR

Major & Strategic Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving Libra’s growth by owning the full sales cycle for their AI platform within Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments across Europe, with an accent on building strategic relationships and navigating complex deals. Focus on demonstrating ROI, influencing product roadmap with market insights, and contributing to the enterprise sales playbook.

Location: Hybrid role based in Prague, Czech Republic, requiring at least eight days a month at the office.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification to contract signature.
  • Build and manage relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders.
  • Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows.
  • Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver compelling presentations and business cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field.
  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and influence cross-functional buying committees.
  • Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or professional services.
  • Native-level proficiency in Czech and fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Legal background (law degree or law firm experience).
  • Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
