What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for leveraging Datagrid’s AI-driven data infrastructure.
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction, ensuring tangible ROI.
- Prompt large language models (LLMs) to extract meaningful insights for decision-making and client support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to identify expansion opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
- Lead business reviews (QBRs) and proactively manage risk to prevent churn.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within a SaaS, Data, or AI-driven company.
- Extensive experience prompting LLMs.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level customers, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen with experience driving data-driven decision-making for clients.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Nice to have
- Background in data infrastructure, AI, or analytics platforms is a plus.
