- Drive Customer Success with hirify.global’s largest customers.
- Develop relationships with influential users and convert them into hirify.global champions.
- Collaborate with customers on strategic plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Advocate for customer needs to leaders in different departments.
- Conduct regular business reviews to celebrate positive outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5+ years of customer-facing SAAS experience.
Nice to have
- Experience working in client relations.
- Master's Degree.
