TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Building and optimizing customer success strategies for enterprise accounts with an accent on adoption, risk mitigation, and value delivery. Focus on using AI-powered platforms to streamline engagement, drive measurable ROI, and strengthen customer relationships.

Location: Remote role based in The United States. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, ensuring customer adoption, outcomes, and retention.
  • Define success criteria, align on business objectives, and create actionable success plans with customers.
  • Promote hirify.global solutions, ensure measurable ROI, and monitor account health.
  • Proactively address risks, manage renewal motions, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Leverage hirify.global technology, automation, and playbooks for efficient customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record managing accounts, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with mid-level to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience driving adoption and value realization using technology and data.
  • Ability to balance efficiency with personalization across multiple accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

  • Direct, hands-on experience as a hirify.global user.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription renewals, and expansion strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Services teams.
