Location: Hybrid. This role is for hires based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the DC Metro area or willing to work from there.

Salary: $310,000–$378,000

What you will do

• Cover the Federal market for the US, driving sales in a defined territory and account list to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling technical solutions or products to the Public Sector (Federal Government).
• Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and how the internet works.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• US work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• FSI experience preferred.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
