Senior Manager, Mid Market Sales: Leading a high-performing team of Account Executives, supporting rapid scale, and making an outsized impact on revenue goals. Focus on building and optimizing a repeatable, data-driven mid-market sales motion and empowering the team with scalable systems.
Location: Hybrid role based out of our New York City office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.
Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.
- Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process to successfully achieve targeted sales objectives.
- Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Train and assist sales reps in closing complex transactions by teaching best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities, and the skills needed to position hirify.global as the industry leader.
- Create a team culture that’s positive, motivating, and performance-driven.
Requirements
- You have deep knowledge of a complex sales process with 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3–5+ years of people management leading Mid-Market new business teams.
- You have experience closing and coaching Sales Reps on 6-figure deals.
- You’ve closed business and have a personal history of repeatedly exceeding your past individual contributor quota so you can train Account Executives on how to be successful in the role.
- You have great people skills and have shown the ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented people.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as Linkedin, Salesforce, etc.
