What you will do
- Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build a deep understanding of hirify.global’s products, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute effective territory planning and account management strategies.
- Proactively engage target prospects and evangelize hirify.global solutions with technical teams.
- Deliver compelling presentations using industry knowledge and customer case studies.
- Qualify, document, and manage all opportunities within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, specifically in database, data management software, or SaaS.
- Located in the United States with strong preference for Austin, San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area, or New York.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong foundational understanding of database technologies and data platforms.
- Strong ability to guide customers and prospects through sales processes using proven methods like MEDDPICC.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior leadership and C-level executives.
