Engagement Manager (AWS Partnerships)

Location: Unlimited work from home from anywhere in the world. Offices available in Kyiv, Lviv, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Generate referred leads and support internal teams through AWS activities.
• Prepare and submit opportunities via the AWS portal.
• Build and maintain a strong network with AWS representatives.
• Work with AWS partner funding programs (MDF, PoC, MAP, etc.).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager, Account Manager, Client Partner, or Partnership Manager.
• Strong experience in preparing client proposals, tenders, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AWS Partnerships and partner engagement.
• Exposure to emerging technical partnerships.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
