Field Marketing Manager: Owning and driving audience-centric marketing strategies and complex field programs to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue for key accounts with an accent on strategic partnership with Sales Leadership and end-to-end program leadership for high-impact engagements. Focus on determining effective methods to penetrate target markets, solving complex pipeline challenges through creative, data-driven initiatives, and ensuring flawless onsite execution.

Location: This role has the opportunity to sit out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US.

hirify.global is a B2B technology company seeking a strategic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team.

What you will do

  • Independently determine and drive marketing objectives based on deep audience segmentation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors and VPs, ensuring field execution aligns with sales priorities.
  • Own the full lifecycle of high-impact field engagements, including white-glove hosted events and executive dinners.
  • Analyze industry data and complex funnel data to proactively pivot plans and advise on investment priorities.
  • Serve as the primary owner for flawless onsite execution and integrated account targeting with ABM strategies.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7+ years of related experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation within a B2B technology environment.
  • Must have a strategic mindset to translate high-level business objectives into actionable, high-ROI marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and resolve complex issues through in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive presence to influence senior leadership and key customers.
  • Expert-level skills in venue sourcing, budget management, and "white-glove" hosting.
  • Ability to travel domestically (~30%) to drive field strategy and oversee critical executions onsite.
