hirify.global is a B2B technology company seeking a strategic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team.
What you will do
- Independently determine and drive marketing objectives based on deep audience segmentation.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors and VPs, ensuring field execution aligns with sales priorities.
- Own the full lifecycle of high-impact field engagements, including white-glove hosted events and executive dinners.
- Analyze industry data and complex funnel data to proactively pivot plans and advise on investment priorities.
- Serve as the primary owner for flawless onsite execution and integrated account targeting with ABM strategies.
- Mentor junior marketing team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7+ years of related experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation within a B2B technology environment.
- Must have a strategic mindset to translate high-level business objectives into actionable, high-ROI marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and resolve complex issues through in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive presence to influence senior leadership and key customers.
- Expert-level skills in venue sourcing, budget management, and "white-glove" hosting.
- Ability to travel domestically (~30%) to drive field strategy and oversee critical executions onsite.
