What you will do

• Lead project management and hands-on support for high-priority HR initiatives, including global payroll implementation and new entity setups.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems, providing direct operational support.
• Act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT, bridging gaps and ensuring technical design is supported by systems.
• Utilize deep Workday configuration knowledge to drive system efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead user acceptance testing, change management, and training for system enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with data security policies and SOX controls, maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) as an HR Systems and Operations professional or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Workday data model, reporting tools, HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Security configuration.
• Mastery in business requirements gathering, process mapping (e.g., Miro), and translating functional needs into technical specifications.
• Exceptional project management skills, with direct experience in at least one full-cycle payroll system implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• A strong understanding of compliance and security frameworks relevant to HR and payroll data (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
