Salary: $186,200 - $232,750

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of Workday modules (Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, PATT, HCM).
  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of critical annual processes, including Open Enrollment, ACA reporting/filing, and merit/bonus/equity cycles.
  • Architect scalable, compliant, and efficient Workday systems by building and maintaining configurations like eligibility rules and business processes.
  • Oversee integrations (Cloud Connect for Benefits/EDI, EIB/Core Connectors/Studio) and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (People, Finance, IT) to manage product design, SLAs, and workflows, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity across all people systems, and manage relationships with third-party Workday consultants.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS/People Systems, with deep hands-on expertise in Workday configuration (Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent).
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams of people systems professionals.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional systems projects and annual processes in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of architecting scalable solutions and driving process improvements.
  • Strong partnership and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and committed to operational excellence and compliance.

Nice to have

  • Workday Certifications (HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Performance Management).
  • Experience with integrations (Lattice, Greenhouse etc.).
  • Experience at a global fintech company.
  • Experience working for US public company and management of SOX/internal audit requirements.
